Delivery Damage & Missing Items
On delivery: Inspect cartons before signing. Note damage or shortages on the BOL (e.g., “carton crushed,” “accessory box missing”) and take photos.
Report window: Email support@shoprecoveryhaus.com with photos within 24–48 hours so we can file the claim and expedite parts/replacements.
Concealed damage: Keep all packaging and report within 48 hours with photos/video.
Refusals: Refusing undamaged freight may be treated as a return (restocking + round-trip freight).
