The details below explain how delivery works, how to prepare, and what to do if something arrives damaged. Brand-specific differences appear in Brand Addenda at the bottom.

 

1) Where we ship

  • Contiguous U.S. (Lower 48)
  • No PO boxes

 

2) Costs & methods

  • Most in-stock items ship FREE via curbside freight with liftgate in the contiguous U.S. (unless stated otherwise on the product page).
  • Curbside = the carrier lowers the crated/palletized item to the ground at your curb/driveway. In-home placement or installation is not included. White-glove may be available on request.
  • Beyond area,” remote, ferry, limited-access, or hard-to-reach addresses may incur carrier surcharges. We’ll confirm any exceptions before shipment.

 

3) Processing & timing

  • Processing: In-stock orders typically leave the warehouse within 1–2 business days.
  • Transit: Freight transit is usually 5–10 business days depending on distance.
  • Appointments: The carrier will call/text to set a delivery window. Adult signature required.
  • Pre-orders/backorders: We show an ETA on the product page and notify you if it shifts by ~7+ days.

 

4) Will-It-Fit & site readiness

To prevent re-delivery or storage fees, please confirm:

  • Clear path for a pallet jack; typical minimum 34–36 in widths; note stairs/turns/gates.
  • Power near final location (e.g., many IR saunas: 120V/15A; some traditional heaters: 240V — see product page).
  • Floor can support full installed weight.
  • Curb/driveway cleared so the truck can safely lower the pallet.

5) Inspection & damage (what to do on delivery)

Freight damage is rare but time-sensitive. On delivery:

  1. Inspect packaging before signing.
  2. If you see damage, note it on the Bill of Lading (e.g., “crate crushed / box torn, possible damage”) and take photos.
  3. For major damage, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
  4. For concealed damage found after delivery, email photos within 48 hours so we can file a claim.
  5. We’ll coordinate repair, part replacement, or reshipment as appropriate.

 

6) Missed delivery, storage & address changes

  • If the carrier can’t reach you to schedule or deliver, re-delivery and/or storage fees may apply (customer responsibility).
  • Address changes after shipment may incur carrier reroute fees.

 

7) Returns

  • Returns are brand-specific. Do not ship any return without an RMA.

Brand Addenda

Dreampod (Float Pods)

  • Method: Freight curbside with liftgate; adult signature required.
  • Timing: In-stock pods typically ship 1–2 business days; transit 8–12 business days due to size/weight.
  • White glove / Install: Not included; carrier does not place the unit indoors or install. Ensure doorway widths and power per specs.
  • Scheduling: Carrier will call/text to set a delivery window; ensure truck access and a safe staging area.
  • Returns (summary): 30 days from delivery (unused, original packaging). 20% restocking; customer pays return shipping; outbound freight non-refundable. RMA required.

 

Cryo Innovations — XR Cryo Chamber

  • Method: Freight curbside with liftgate; adult signature required. Large/heavy—verify site access.
  • Timing: In-stock typically ships 1–2 business days; transit 8–12 business days common.
  • White glove / Install: Not included by default. Professional installation may be required—contact us to coordinate options.
  • Scheduling: Carrier appointment for delivery; coordinate any installation timing separately.
  • Returns (summary): 7 days from installation; RA required; Cryo arranges freight; original + return shipping deducted (incl. any “free” outbound value). Refunds within ~30 days of approval.

 

Cryo Innovations — XR Cryo Plunge

  • Method: Freight curbside with liftgate; adult signature required.
  • Timing: In-stock typically ships 1–2 business days; transit 5–10 business days.
  • White glove / Install: Not included; placement/installation not included.
  • Scheduling: Carrier will call/text to set a delivery window.
  • Returns (summary): 30 days from receipt; RA required; Cryo arranges freight; original + return shipping deducted (incl. any “free” outbound value). Refunds within ~30 days of approval.

 

Luxury Spas (Cold Plunges)

  • Method: Freight curbside with liftgate; adult signature required.
  • Timing: In-stock typically ships 1–2 business days; transit 8–10 business days common.
  • White glove: Not included (no indoor placement or installation).
  • Scheduling: Carrier calls/texts for a delivery window; ensure truck access and a clear staging path.
  • Returns (summary): 20 days from shipping date (new/resaleable, original packaging). Return fee = original outbound shipping; up to 25% if packaging is inadequate. RMA required.

 

SunRay (Saunas)

  • Method: Freight curbside with liftgate; adult signature required.
  • Timing: In-stock models commonly ship 1–2 business days; tracking provided.
  • White glove / Install: Not included. Traditional heaters may require a licensed electrician (240V); most IR saunas plug into 120V (see model specs).
  • Scheduling: Carrier will call/text to set a delivery window.
  • Returns (summary): 20 days from shipping date (new/resaleable, original packaging). 15% restocking; original + return shipping deducted (even if outbound was “free”); up to 25% if repackaging is inadequate. RMA required.

 

Bathing Brands (Saunas & Cold Plunges)

  • Method: Small items ship Ground (UPS/FedEx/USPS). Large/fragile items ship LTL freight curbside; adult signature may be required for LTL.
  • Timing: In-stock items typically ship 1–2 business days; transit 3–7 business days (Ground) or 5–10 business days (LTL).
  • White glove / Install: Not included.
  • Scheduling: LTL carriers call/text to schedule; Ground shipments deliver without a call.
  • Returns (summary): 30 days new/uninstalled. No fixed restock; re-boxing $20–$50 possible after inspection. Return shipping covered only for shipping damage or seller error. RMA required.
