What is the option to pay in installments on Shop Pay?

When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into four equal, biweekly installment payments with 0% APR, or monthly installments with no hidden or late fees.

Can I pre-qualify to check my eligibility?

No. An application for Shop Pay Installments can only begin with a live checkout. Applying in store only takes a few steps and you’ll get a real-time decision in minutes.

Is 0% APR guaranteed?

No. 0% APR may be available during promos for qualified shoppers. Otherwise APR can range 0–36%.

Can I pay off early?

Yes. You can pay your balance off early without penalty.

Are there late fees?

No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.

How do returns work?

Contact support@shoprecoveryhaus.com to start a return.

If the return is accepted, once the refund is processed, the money goes back to your original payment method within 3-10 business days, and your installment balance is updated.

  • If the refund is less than what you still owe, your future payments might be fewer or smaller.
  • If the refund is more than what you owe, the extra money is returned to your payment method within 3-10 business days.

Note: Any interest you paid on monthly installments is not refunded because interest is the cost of borrowing and is non-refundable.
