1. Coverage by Brand


Luxury Spas — “10‑2‑2” Comprehensive Warranty

  • 10 Years — Acrylic shell leak (defects in materials/workmanship; repair or replacement at the manufacturer’s discretion).
  • 2 Years — Acrylic shell surface (cracks, blisters, peeling, delamination).
  • 2 Years — Major components (pumps, heater, control system).
  • 90 Days — Select accessories (e.g., cover, pillows, LED lighting).

How claims work: start with RecoveryHaus Support. We’ll triage, then loop in the manufacturer’s tech team for troubleshooting. If repair/replacement is needed, the manufacturer coordinates service or ships parts directly to you. Normal exclusions apply (misuse, incorrect installation, acts of nature).

SunRay Saunas — 7‑Year / 1‑Year

  • 7 Years — Structure (wood & glass).
  • 1 Year — Heaters & electronic components (traditional heaters are 1 year as well).
  • Indoor & Residential Use Only. Outdoor or commercial use is not covered.

How claims work: claims are resolved by repair or replacement of the product; proof of purchase is required. Normal exclusions apply (misuse, incorrect installation, acts of nature).

2. How to Start a Warranty Claim

  1. Locate your order number and proof of purchase.
  2. Contact RecoveryHaus Support. We’ll gather details, then coordinate directly with the manufacturer for the fastest resolution.
  3. Keep packaging until placement and power‑on are complete (it helps with diagnostics/parts).

3. Manufacturer Warranties & Repairs

Luxury Spas (Cold Plunge)

  • Coverage: Manufacturer structural coverage plus parts/electrical coverage (model-specific).
  • What’s typical: Multi-year structure; parts/electrical commonly 1–2 years.
  • File a claim: Email support@shoprecoveryhaus.com with order #, serial (if available), photos/video, and description. We’ll open a case with the manufacturer.

SunRay (Saunas)

  • Coverage: Manufacturer structural warranty (multi-year) and parts/electrical coverage (typically 1–2 years on IR components).
  • File a claim: Email support@shoprecoveryhaus.com with order #, serial (if available), photos/video, and description.

Exclusions (both brands): Consumables (filters, gaskets), normal wear, improper installation, power supply issues, or misuse.
