1. Coverage by Brand


Luxury Spas — “10‑2‑2” Comprehensive Warranty

  • 10 Years — Acrylic shell leak (defects in materials/workmanship; repair or replacement at the manufacturer’s discretion).
  • 2 Years — Acrylic shell surface (cracks, blisters, peeling, delamination).
  • 2 Years — Major components (pumps, heater, control system).
  • 90 Days — Select accessories (e.g., cover, pillows, LED lighting).

How claims work: start with RecoveryHaus Support. We’ll triage, then loop in the manufacturer’s tech team for troubleshooting. If repair/replacement is needed, the manufacturer coordinates service or ships parts directly to you. Normal exclusions apply (misuse, incorrect installation, acts of nature).

SunRay Saunas — 7‑Year / 1‑Year

  • 7 Years — Structure (wood & glass).
  • 1 Year — Heaters & electronic components (traditional heaters are 1 year as well).
  • Indoor & Residential Use Only. Outdoor or commercial use is not covered.

How claims work: claims are resolved by repair or replacement of the product; proof of purchase is required. Normal exclusions apply (misuse, incorrect installation, acts of nature).

Cryo Innovations 

  • 3 Years — XR Chamber system (defects in materials or workmanship under normal use).
  • Transferable — Warranty may be transferred to a new owner within the 3-year period; Cryo Innovations must be notified 30 days prior to any transfer.

What’s covered:

  • Repair or replacement (at Cryo’s discretion) of defective components.
  • Unit is self-serviceable — purchaser may be required to install replacement parts following Cryo’s direction.

What’s not covered:

  • Abuse, misuse, or neglect of the product.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Damage caused by altering the unit from its original design.

Disclaimer:
Cryo disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond the express 3-year term. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties; if so, these limitations may not apply.

Limitation of liability:
Cryo Innovations is not liable for loss of use, time, business, income, or any incidental, special, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow such exclusions; if so, this may not apply.

Exclusivity:
This warranty is the only warranty offered by Cryo Innovations and can be modified only in writing by an authorized officer. Repair or replacement does not extend the original 3-year warranty period.

How claims work:
Start by contacting Cryo Innovations Support. We’ll guide you through troubleshooting and coordinate directly with the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Proof of purchase is required. Normal exclusions apply (misuse, incorrect installation, acts of nature).

Finnmark 

  • Applies to original purchaser when the sauna is:
    • Installed according to provided instructions
    • Properly maintained
    • Free from damage, misuse, or abuse
    • Used for residential purposes only
  • Sauna Cabin (All Wood):
    • 10-Year Warranty (Indoor, Outdoor, and Commercial models)
  • Controls and Power Supply:
    • 5-Year Warranty (Residential)
  • Spectrum Plus™ and Spectrum Carbon Heaters:
    • Lifetime Warranty
  • LED Lighting, Remotes, and Optional Accessories (Cushions, Outdoor Covers):
    • 1-Year Warranty
  • Non-Factory Installed Components:
    • Not covered under warranty

SaunaLife

Coverage:

  • Applies only to the original retail purchaser of a SaunaLife sauna purchased through an authorized reseller.
  • Covers defects in workmanship under normal residential use for the lifetime of the sauna.

What’s Included:

  • SaunaLife will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective factory-assembled component.
  • Replacement parts may be new or factory reconditioned and will carry the remaining portion of the original warranty.
  • Warranty service requires a Return Authorization (RA) number and prepaid shipment to SaunaLife for inspection and repair.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear, natural weathering, or cosmetic aging of wood.
  • Heaters and added components (these have their own manufacturer warranties).
  • Labor, removal, installation, shipping, or packaging costs.
  • Damage due to misuse, alteration, abuse, or non-residential/commercial use.
  • Damage from harsh chemicals, over-temperature operation, added devices, or acts of God.

Warranty Void If:

  • Sauna has been altered or repaired by anyone not authorized by SaunaLife.
  • Used for commercial purposes or beyond intended design limits.

2. How to Start a Warranty Claim

  1. Locate your order number and proof of purchase.
  2. Contact RecoveryHaus Support. We’ll gather details, then coordinate directly with the manufacturer for the fastest resolution.
  3. Keep packaging until placement and power‑on are complete (it helps with diagnostics/parts).

3. Manufacturer Warranties & Repairs

Luxury Spas (Cold Plunge)

  • Coverage: Manufacturer structural coverage plus parts/electrical coverage (model-specific).
  • What’s typical: Multi-year structure; parts/electrical commonly 1–2 years.
  • File a claim: Email support@shoprecoveryhaus.com with order #, serial (if available), photos/video, and description. We’ll open a case with the manufacturer.

SunRay (Saunas)

  • Coverage: Manufacturer structural warranty (multi-year) and parts/electrical coverage (typically 1–2 years on IR components).
  • File a claim: Email support@shoprecoveryhaus.com with order #, serial (if available), photos/video, and description.

Exclusions (both brands): Consumables (filters, gaskets), normal wear, improper installation, power supply issues, or misuse.
