How returns work at RecoveryHaus
RecoveryHaus by House of Klein LLC partners with premium manufacturers and most items ship directly from their warehouses. Because of this, each brand sets its own return rules. Our Storewide Baseline applies by default, but the Brand-Specific Policy for your item will always control if it’s different.

RecoveryHaus by House of Klein LLC Storewide Baseline Policy*
*Applies unless your brand says otherwise
Eligibility window: 14 days from delivery.
Condition: Unused, uninstalled, undamaged, in original packaging with all accessories/manuals.
Not returnable:
- Installed/used items; items that contacted water/chemicals; custom or made-to-order items.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases.
- Gift cards and digital products.
Costs & fees:
- Restocking fee: 20% (unless your brand specifies differently).

Shipping: Outbound freight is non-refundable. Customer pays return freight (we can arrange a curbside pickup quote).
- RMA required: Email support@shoprecoveryhaus.com with order #, photos of sealed packaging/condition, and reason for return. Returns without written approval/RMA will be refused.
Damage or defect on arrival: Inspect on delivery and note any visible damage with the carrier. Email photos/video to support@shoprecoveryhaus.com within 48 hours so we can file claims and arrange replacements.
Cancellations: If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel for a full refund. If shipped, please complete the return process when it arrives.
Refund timing: After the warehouse/brand inspects and approves your return, we issue refunds to the original payment method. Banks may take up to 10 business days to post. (Some brands have their own timelines—see below.)
Brand-Specific Policies (override the baseline where different)
Luxury Spas (Cold Plunge): 20 days from shipping date (new/resaleable, original packaging). Return fee equals original outbound shipping; up to 25% if packaging is inadequate. RMA required.
SunRay (Saunas): 20 days from shipping date (new/resaleable, original packaging). 15% restocking; original + return shipping deducted; up to 25% if repackaging is inadequate. RMA required.
Dreampod (Float Pods): 30 days from delivery (unused, uninstalled, original packaging). 20% restocking; customer pays return shipping; outbound shipping non-refundable (actual outbound cost deducted if “free shipping” was applied). RMA required.
Cryo Innovations — XR Cryo Chamber: 7 days from installation; RA required; Cryo arranges freight; original + return shipping deducted (including any “free” outbound value). Refunds within ~30 days of approval.
Cryo Innovations — XR Cryo Plunge: 30 days from receipt; RA required; Cryo arranges freight; original + return shipping deducted (including any “free” outbound value). Refunds within ~30 days of approval.
Cryo Innovations — Other Products (not listed above): Returns only with written RA from Cryo Innovations; RA will specify the return window and inspection criteria. Unless otherwise stated in the RA, Cryo arranges freight and original + return shipping are deducted (including any “free” outbound value). Refunds typically within ~30 days of approval.
Bathing Brands (Saunas & Cold Plunges): 30 days new/uninstalled. No fixed restock; re-boxing $20–$50 possible after inspection. Return shipping covered only for shipping damage or seller error. Subject to current distributor memo.
How to Start Any Return (all brands)
- Request RMA: Email support@shoprecoveryhaus.com within your brand’s window with order #, reason, and photos (sealed packaging or condition).
- Wait for instructions: We’ll email your RMA, return destination (brand warehouse), and any freight options/quotes.
- Pack & ship: Use original packaging; include all accessories/manuals. Affix the provided label (if any).
- Tracking: Use a trackable method. Ship within 7 days of RMA issuance.
- Inspection & refund: The warehouse inspects on arrival. If approved, refunds are issued per the brand’s timeline to the original payment method.
